Kellogg Sales Manager - Saudi Arabia in JIDDAH, Saudi Arabia
This role will profitably maximize sales of RTEC, Snacks & Food Away From Home (FAFH) brand portfolio through the formulation and delivery of the Sales Vision and Strategy across assigned markets/channels (KSA & Yemen, all Channels). It will ensure agreed annual business targets are achieved for specified Markets and also lead & coach the Business Unit team.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Developing & executing the most appropriate market strategy for RTEC, Snacks & FAFH with the necessary internal management, distributor & trade relationships. Securing agreement of commercial plans & execution of key priorities
Delivering agreed annual budgets in specified territory in terms of Kilos, GSV, NSV, NSV/kg, Trade Budget, DSO, forecast accuracy, markets shares and seeking to constantly improve our ROI across markets.
Managing distributor relations & day to day sales operations in the specified markets within the set direction.
Managing trade investments within agreed parameters & ensure accurate & up to date records are in place.
Leading on T2T engagements with distributor, & ensure distributor engagement across functions & with Dubai teams.
Providing Country inputs (Macro & Micro) to Leadership Team through Monthly review meetings & QBPMs.
Adapting the Kellogg strategy where relevant in each market & be the expert on the specified markets.
Providing accurate forecasts to the Supply Chain team.
Providing direction, support & accurate & timely communication with the relevant Distributor Field Sales teams to ensure the market plans & strategy are executed
Ensuring all relevant Kellogg policies are adhered to and performing systematic distributor performance management. Responsible for improving our distributor capability & increasing Kellogg share of mind with distributor.
Coaching & leading direct reports to ensure each is performing/developing in his/her area to the upmost level.
Leading on Modern Trade channel to ensure strategies/implementation/Account management is optimized.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Significant sales management experience within Top Tier FMCG company
Significant experience of distributor management & sales management experience within the Region
Proven track record increasing revenue by contributing, driving, & executing with excellence a holistic business plans inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets
Strong communication and influencing skills with clarity of purpose
Self-driven & motivated
Leadership & coaching skills with a proven track record on leading teams.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Need to be willing to travel extensively as will act as the commercial expert in assigned markets.
