Manager. You have ambition, talent and obviously some specific skills?

This role is a key member of the hotel management team working closely

with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager. Using the full

portfolio of revenue management practices and techniques, you will generate

short, medium and long-term strategies for profitable revenue generation and

capture across all the hotel's revenue centers. You will be

responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities, and meeting and

exceeding financial goals. You will prepare monthly presentations or reports

for the revenue meeting of the team's progress towards the financial goals. Provide

an in-depth analysis and business insights to improve profits through the

application of forecasting and optimization science as well as establish hotel

pricing levels in all segments and be responsible for the daily room inventory

management process.

In addition, you will handle all distribution

channels and partnerships including Business Travel Agents, CRO, GDS, & OTA

Web. You will ensure all contents on Hotel Content Manager (HCM) are brand

compliant and promoting our Best Price Guarantee to drive direct channel

revenue. You will manage OTA relationship / account management to optimize and

drive revenue opportunities. Leverage all programs, platforms and initiatives

from IHG Corporate for deployment on property through distribution channels;

and provides measurement, reporting and effectiveness on performance of all distribution

channel initiatives.


Successful candidates will demonstrate a

proven analytical and strategic track record with significant experience

in a similar role. Hospitality or Tourism industry experience would be

preferred. You have the ability to think laterally and analytical, display a

high level of integrity and have the ability to identify, impact and influence

others. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of yield management optimization

and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in

given market conditions.
