To assist and support the Spa & Recreation Manager in alloperational procedures and codes of conduct as set down by the management andto promote the recreational facilities and services.
To ensure the smooth running of the recreational facilities andrepresent the interests of the company at all times.
To assist in instigating and maintaining all systems in the recreationalfacilities.
To ensure that all operational procedures are carried out in theprescribed manner.
To ensure that the facility is adequately manned at all times.
To assist for a proper induction and training of all employees iscarried out.
To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughoutthe facility at all times.
To ensure that the Health and Safety Policy is adhered to and the systemsand procedures are maintained at all times.
To attend senior management meetings in both the recreational facilitiesand hotel as required.
To assist for oversee the recruitment, induction, training, development,appraisal and discipline of all recreational facilities fitness and Pool staff.
To instigate regular meetings with both the fitness staff and Pool staffto motivate and be aware of staff needs and aspirations.
To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance andattitude as expected of all recreational facilities personnel.
To receive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertainingto the health and safety of working with children is maintained.
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
Must have at least 24 months experience in the luxury hospitalityindustry.
Experience working with children in an activity environment.
