Reporting to the EMEA Learning & Enablement Director, this position will support Europe West enablement initiatives through taking responsibility for key programmes, working in conjunction with the Regional Learning and Enablement Business Partner.
Program Management activities related to strategy, planning and communications on Sales compliance Programs
Operational tasks: headcount report management, weekly completion reports and L1 support thru mailboxes for Compliance Programs working with EMEA Compliance team
Work with Regional Business Partner, supporting Enablement initiatives (onsite and online): planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting.
Support Regional organizations with main Enablement programs, including LTS, QAT. Cascade
Support Learning and Enablement organization considering major EMEA enablement initiatives, like FRS, Ready.
Work closely with EMEA Sales Communication to provide templates, recipients and support for Corporate Communication.
Ability to network across a complex organization
Experienced in programmes management and training organization: plan, deliver, monitor
Superior organization skills, able to co-ordinate large training events
Time management & ability to prioritize in complex and highly matrixed environments
Ability to systematically break down complex topics and quickly assimilate new information
Strong strategic and analytical skills balanced with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
Strong interpersonal skills; able to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
