The VIE Human Resources Development Executive will report to the Regional HRD of Parfums Christian Dior for the Middle East, Levant, India and Africa and will provide full support on key HR projects for the region.
Accompany sourcing and internal mobility excellence within LVMH & CHALHOUB Groups as well as within Christian Dior, act as Gatekeepers to ensure adherence to the process (ad post on our website, response to the applications) and accompany employees in the search of internal opportunities. Manage sourcing until identification of finalist’s shortlist for the region.
Contribute to develop of a job referential booklet including all job descriptions of the different departments in line with the new organization we deploy in 2017. Additionally, support HRD and Managers to define clear KPI for each function and SMART objectives to all employees which are aligned with business objectives and employee’s development plans.
Implement the Induction plan in the region for the new joiners. In coordination with the Central HR team in Paris, provide support for the implementation of the induction plan for all new hires in the region
Support HRD on analyzing training needs and build the training plans for all business units. Realize administrative support on Training enrollments in the region: update of the Learning Management System (Training tool to enroll employees) and tracking and follow-up on all registrations and invitations sent to attendees.
Ensure the proper update of the organizational charts for the region.Profil
Strong ability to drive for results without compromising ethics, quality and confidentiality
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, at ease with figures and reporting
Strong written and oral communication skills in English, French.Arabic can be a significant advantage but is not compulsory
Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
