As a Supply and Forecast Planner, you will be responsible of the upstream and downstream logistic flows excluding the customer service operations.Your main responsibilities include: sales forecasting, procurement, stock management, oversee of the outsourced services (warehousing and traffic), performance reporting, costs control, new working process implementation and improvement projects.

  • Forecast & Demand Planning

Your mission is to consolidate, build and arbitrate forecasts, propose demand actions to achieve business goals being the integration point with commercial, marketing, finance.

  • Management of the Supply Planning

Your mission is to lead all activities enabling accurate supply plans, matching clients demand needs and expectations with availability, cost and cash efficiency.

  • Performance reporting, costs control and new working process

Your mission is to implement management by indicators using balanced scorecard to gather, follow-up and analyze KPIs

  • Improvement projects

In close collaboration with other departments and/or logistics team members, you will be a leader in different improvement projects aiming to further develop the logistics performance

  • Know How:

  • Advanced knowledge in logistics (replenishment, stock management, Incoterms, customs regulations, transport, etc.)- Experiences in ERP system, DRP process and Forecasting Software- Proficient user of the MS Office package- Fluent in English, French and/or Arabic can be an advantage but is not compulsory

  • Diplomas / Experiences:

A bachelor or Master's degree and a successful professional experience in logistics management, supply planning management and/or demand management is highly required.Previous experiences in the Middle East and/or in the cosmetics / luxury industry is a strong advantage.
