The main mission is to establish the Makeup and Skincare strategy to the regional and local levels for a region composed of 31 countries. The role encompasses all the Makeup & Skincare portfolio marketing activities for the region to proactively develop specific approaches adapted to the region.
This position requires full engagement and efficient communication across both the Headquarters teams based in Paris, the regional teams based in Dubai (Commercial, Merchandising, Training, Logistic, Finance, PR) and all the markets (being subsidiaries or agents) to align on the strategy and implementation and insure consistency of Brand Image.
Build effective and relevant 360 degrees' strategies for each launch
Proactively suggest specific approaches adapted to PCDO area, share guidance to markets and follow up Global retro planning and reminders for all parties.
Act as interface for Training, Merchandising, Commercial and PR Departments to ensure consistency between all touch points in line with the marketing strategy.
Liaise with Logistics team ensure OCD as per marketing plans.
Manage trade marketing initiatives for Makeup & Skincare ensuring effective communication between Headquarters, Sales teams, Retailers and markets.
Create and present Makeup and Skincare presentations for Board Meetings, Retailers, Commercial Cycles and Seminars.
Do regular market visits on Top countries.
Validate media plan with Marketing Director and ensure its implementation (Print & Digital).
Feed Central marketing with regional specific trends and needs.
Develop and negotiate regional exclusive animations for regional retailers in all its touch-points.
Monitoring, Forecasts and Budgets
Monthly analysis of the launches (launches feedbacks), business (SI/SO YTD/YTG, market shares) and propose actions.
Build, monitor and supervise annual budget for Beauty business, liaising closely with the Regional Marketing Director, Finance, Logistic and Commercial teams.
Breakdown analysis for:1.Sales projections: novelties, basic at the commercial line level2.POSM forecast budget: for testers, samples, merchandising elements, POS tools...3.Local production elements: edition, merchandising.
Build accurate forecasts for the categories and monitor and communicate after-launch results to improve short and long-term forecasts accuracy.Profile
Strong affinity with the beauty category
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Marketing position, having a regional experience is a plus
Proficient user of the MS Office package
Fluent in English, French and Arabic is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
