Mission

Support and maintain technical & applications IT services, acting as IT Project Manager towards local management teams, guaranteeing system full reliability and adherence to current business processes. Supporting the Middle East And Africa to include stores and office.

Profile

Main Accountabilities

Middle East And Africa, stores and office support Guarantee IT support and training on relevant systems, collect emerging needs and inputs

  • Suggest immediate smart solutions where applicable and/or suggest actions for service improvement to EMEA IT responsible

  • Locally deploy system/hardware/application upgrades requested by Corporate IT and propose relevant improvements to Corporate IT

  • Negotiate with suppliers of hardware, network and services to optimize costs and quality, according to Corporate standards.

  • Support the EMEA IT responsible to define and Control the relevant budget (based on the defined business needs and in agreement with the Corporate Chief Information Officer)

  • Support the implementation, as Project Manager, of local Information System &Technology (IS&T) projects and Corporate roll out.

  • Proactively propose innovative solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of local business processes .
