Planning, Trade Plans and Animations

  • Plan the marketing calendar for the UAE market

  • Build and negotiate the trade plan for the UAE market and for the top 10 doors.

  • Coordinate and supervise the marketing calendar and trade plan for the UAE market with a strong focus on top 10 doors and key retailers.

  • Develop POS animations and retailtainment activities whilst respecting the Brand Equity

  • Build strong trade and CRM plans in coherence with the regional marketing plan, the media plan and the brand guidelines; and anniversarising the previous year.

  • Development and implementation of a strong sampling strategy for FR/MU/SK

  • Supervision and validation of all animations & on-counter events (layouts, tools, ...)

Retailer Partnership

  • Weekly visit to the market top doors: ensure that the new launches are impactful and implemented properly. Check stock and availability of samples.

  • Build strong relationship with UAE retailers: monthly follow-up by category (FR/MU/SK) on performance, and coming trade plan with an obsession to stay / become nb 1 brand.

  • Bi-monthly meeting


  • Define and follow-up the annual budget for Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Store Design.

  • Regular updates and follow-up on those budgets

  • prepare the Budget and revisions (R1, R2) by commercial lines and products, in Si and SO. Regular updates and follow-up vs sales

Analysis and Presentations

  • Manage Commercial cycle organization on a bi monthly basis: meeting room booking, agenda preparation, and coordination with all departments on the content.

  • Bi-monthly meetings with RM & commercial teams, regular meetings with finance and logistics

  • Liaise with regional marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a strong communication on merchandising updates new opening and store design, new launches and animations. Share feedback on the market trends (products, animations, best practices....)


  • Lead, manage and supervise the marketing team in order to accomplish the objectives:

  • Handle weekly meetings for schedule organization and follow-up

  • Define Marketing executive scope of work and KPIs for the year.

  • Develop the marketing executive to a senior level.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Trade Marketing position

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing a team

  • Proficient user of the MS Office package

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Creative and innovative thinking with strong initiative
