The Client Events Coordinator is supporting in elevating the brand identity by increasing the sophistication in all actions, in order to develop our client loyalty to the brand and to create proximity with our clients.


Key Accountabilities will include the following:

  • Applies and adapts existing client events concepts in the local markets in collaboration with the Client Development Manager, always in respect to the store priorities and market strategy.

  • Optimizes corporate events concepts in order to better match to the local reality.

  • Works with the Client Development Manager to set up right targets for each in-store action.

  • Involves store team and makes sure they feel the main actors on each action.

  • Coordinates logistics for the events, such as invitations, suppliers and animations

  • Ensures the right quality in the materials and implementations, being aligned to the level of sophistication that the brand expects.

  • Ensures a high level of qualitative return.

  • Monitors budget and investments by Country.

  • Manages a yearly action plan of exceptional Client Experiences and is able to add up new opportunities.

  • Proposes to the Region the action plan towards our Clients.

  • Applies in the local markets, in collaboration with the Client Development Manager, the right actions for each product presentation and collections, creating the right synergies between Products and Clients.

  • Shares results and best practices between stores.

  • Develops with the Client Development Manager specific event concept to fulfill needs and store priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years’ experience in local events in MEA (planning, coordination, execution, budget management) preferably in the luxury industry.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook; Adobe Acrobat.

  • English proficiency

  • Arabicis a plus but not mandatory.

This position will be based in Dubai.
