Schneider Electric Administrator for YODA in United Arab Emirates

  1. Follow-up with customer and get registration as supplier for the new OpCo.

  2. Work with sales team for preparing documentation for 1 (above).

  3. Help Sales team in getting pre-qualification of our products / new OpCo with our customers.

  4. Help local sales team in assigning the existing customer contracts to new OpCo.

  5. Work with Supply Chain and Suppliers in moving the unutilized balance of vendor POs to the new OpCo.

  6. Follow-up with vendors and get new OpCo’s account got created with them.

  7. Work with Supply Chain and prepare necessary documentation for 5 & 6 above.

  8. Help HR in internal communication.

  9. Help HR in preparing required documentation for employees’ visa, etc.

  10. Help Finance in preparing required documentation in Bank account opening, Bank Guarantee facility, etc.
