-Assist Spa team in promoting the Fitness area to maximize profitability;

-To be responsible for the administration of goods, requisition inventories and cost effective wage structure of all departmental related materials and costs;

-To ensure the clientele are kept informed of all Fitness and Spa activities and developments;

-To prepare reports on the need for new developments or changes to existing policies or objectives to keep abreast of market developments and new products/services available;

-To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Spa Director;

-Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times;

-Assist the Spa team in all operational procedures within the Fitness area to ensure effective day to day management;

-To adhere to an agreed reporting system on a timely basis;

-Responsible for all stock control within the Fitness Area.


  • Previous experience in the a large scale 5 star business international hotel chain in the UAE and Level 2 REPs certified (UAE Register of Exercise Professionals certification for qualification);

  • Totally embraces the philosophy of guest and customer service and owns the (internal) guests;
