Qualifications

POSITION PURPOSE

  • To collect the invoiced amount and ensure its safe travel to the deposit.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • To collect all monies deposited in the drop safe.
  • To balance all monies deposited.
  • To deposit all monies promptly in the bank.
  • To make petty cash payments and provide change to cashiers.
  • To prepare cash receipts reports.
  • To prepare journal vouchers for petty cash and cash receipts.
  • To ensure adequate control over foreign exchange.
  • To issue house banks and keep adequate control over them.
  • Handling of Travel Agency Commissions
  • Reconciliation of credit cards receipts

PROFILE REQUIRED

Education

  • Bachelor degree required.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience required.
  • More experience preferred
