JobDescription

Under the general direction of the Hotel Manager ordelegate, and within the limits of established Ramada Hotel & SuitesSharjah and local hotel policies & procedures, directs all aspects ofsecretarial work in the hotel, maintains the executive office to Ramada Hotel& Suites Sharjah Presentation standards and maintains all matters relatingto executive administration in a confidential, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

•Reports directly to and communicates with the Hotel Manager on alladministrative matters

•Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handlingbusiness affairs

•Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and otherinter-departmental secretaries as appropriate

•Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephoneetc.

•Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.

•Arranging internal / external appointments

•Handling reservation as requested

•Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request

•Provides pertinent information on socio-political matters

•Storing and keeping all confidential information

•Preparing monthly operational results for meetings with other hotels

•Taking minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested

•You may be asked to accomplish what is requested by the Hotel Manager
