At the moment we're looking for Bell Desk Person (female) to join our friendly and professional team at InterContinental Fujairah Resort. As Bell Desk Person (female), you will be responsible in assisting all guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Concierge related functions. To maintain Crowne Plaza's high standards and hospitality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Always recommend the hotel's food and beverage outlets and know the different themes and promotions.

  • Smile and greet every guest, welcoming them on arrival and bidding them a good journey on departure. Always open the door and offer assistance.

  • Use the guest name whenever possible.

  • Have a good knowledge of the hotel property, staff, and services with hours of operations.

  • Assist all the guests arriving by car, taxi, limo or bus by operating the door and helping to unload luggage.

  • Extreme care and proper handling of guest belongings should be practiced at all times.

  • Assist all guests in obtaining a taxi and if necessary, assist with loading the luggage.

  • Be able to accurately give clear directions and information regarding the immediate area and local attractions.

  • Proactively assist guests with their luggage and other belongings

  • Report any guest complains or comments using the Guest Response program

Previous experience working within Front Office Department or similar environment preferred

5 Star Hotel Experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

  • Excellent Hospitality Skills

  • Computer Literate

  • Pro-active and reliable

  • Able to work alone and within a team

  • Only applicable for Residence of UAE
