About This Job

Baker Hughes Incorporated (BHI) offers the opportunity as an experienced Well Intervention Service Center Manager to join the team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Manages the operations of a service facility, repair facility or depot at the district, area, or region level

  • Contributes to and drives a positive, Zero Incident HSE culture

  • Leads Quality Management System for the service center, assures Quality standards, processes, and controls are implemented and followed

  • May supervise warehouse workers, service technicians, drivers, machinists, and related shop labor

  • Facility performs minimum field repairs, re-loads, arms tools, services/repairs equipment, changes out expendable parts, and other work on company or client's tools

  • Handles special projects, as assigned

Essential Qualifications / Requirements

  • High School or Diploma degree with 10 years’ experience in Fishing and Well Intervention both in operations and Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul

  • Bachelor Degree with 5 years’ experience in Fishing and Well Intervention both in operations and Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements

  • Good understanding of product line(s)/service(s) in operational area

  • Thorough understanding of customer requirements

  • Knowledge of company's business practices and policies
