What you will be doing in this position:
- Just to be clear: this is a SALES role where you will sell
via phone, via email, via video conference and Social Media, direct, indirect
via Partners, and by face 2 face
meetings with customers as occasional travel is part of this role.
You will be covering Server,Storage and Engineered Systems Family within Oracle Cloud InfrastructurePortfolio
You will run the business like an entrepreneur in alarger organization…..it’s your shop, we will provide the tools &support, you make it happen!
You are expected to hunt for new business in aselected set of Accounts or in a territory where you are fully responsiblefrom start to end, meaning from the Demand Generation aspect to closing& booking the deal. You can demonstrate what you are really capableof!
Expand market share with existing Top Accounts,helping them to refresh & upgrade & expand their current Serverinfrastructure
Identify, qualify and establish new accounts
Engage with your Business Partners to setup TerritorySales Plans, Demand Generation activities to ensure you grow your run ratebusiness.
Engage with your colleagues who sell Storage,Database, Middleware and Applications, to ensure you synchronize sellingopportunities, brain storm on new ways to sell, to create joint sellingcampaigns and much more.
Become an advisor for your customers, prospects,colleagues and Partners how to simplify their current and future datecenter requirements by analyzing their business needs and financial goals. Desired Skills and Experience What we are looking for
The candidate must have extensive salesexperience in IT solutions (HW and SW)
territory Knowledge of customer, competition and IT partner landscape.
Fluency in Arabic and English written and spoken
3 to 5 years of B2B IT sales experience
Self starter, entrepreneur, strong grounding of
professional selling to large organizations.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep.
Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. Territory may be combination of geographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions. Sells to the territory directly or via partners. The territory that this rep covers does not have an Inside Sales Rep or Field Rep. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities. Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Travels to customer sites to identify / develop sales opportunities. Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals. Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills. Strong marketing skills. Travels to customer as needed. 2 or more years of relevant sales experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
