The Impact You’ll Be Making:

  • Attain sales goals in partnership with broader Microsoft sales teams

  • Collaborate with other technical and sales roles to close sales

  • Make others great at selling Surface

  • Ensure excellence in pipeline and inventory management

  • Support operational execution of complex deals with operations and product teams.

Who we’re looking for:

Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in enterprise sales; 3 to 5 years’ experience in hardware sales.

  • Proven success in closing complex deals and technical understanding of devices and commercial requirements.

  • Strong team player: work effectively across teams to solve customer and partner issues, leverage best practices, & deliver results.

  • Strategic thinking & execution: Ability to develop sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute on complex opportunities.

  • Able to work to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses – positive approach to problem solving and working in partnership with multiple teams and sales leadership in the local market to close big deals.

  • Strong communications & presentation skills.

  • Great leadership and strong passion for building and driving a business.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft’s business model and sales model.

  • Travel Required: 50%.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology related discipline.

  • Prefers additional training in sales, business or marketing.
