IHG Senior Manager, Reward MEA in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We

are looking for a Senior Manager -Rewards who will work with us as part of the Asia, Middle East, and Africa Reward

team. This role will be responsible for the research, design, and execution of

all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs and policies for Hotels and

Corporate Offices across the MEA region.

With

your specialized Compensation and Benefits Analytical skills, knowledge and

experience, you will lead and deliver sub regional solutions and plan designs

to support strategic business objectives of the AMEA region.

You

will be implementing policies and programs designed to effectively deliver IHG

and statutory benefits programs, base salary, bonus, and merit increase

programs including hiring, promotion, and equity pay. Also, you will manage and

own highly confidential job evaluation processes, short-term incentive programs

and specialized incentive programs for the MEA region.

collaborative approach and partnership mind set - ability to build strong

relationships across many stakeholders that is well respected by IHG

colleagues.

This role reports directly to the Head ofRewards, AMEA .

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s level in a relevant field of work.Professional certifications e.g. GRP and CCP would be advantageous

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in compensation & benefits analysis from which at least 3 years should have been in a managerial position.

  • Advanced knowledge of applicable laws affecting C&B policies and programs of Middle East and Africa is essential

  • Past working experience in a hotel or hospitality or consulting industry is a definite advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices and regulatory/statutory requirements.

  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills demonstrated through previous experience conducting market analysis and developing pay structures.
