J&J Consumer MENAP markets FMCG and OTC products such as Johnsons Baby, Neutrogena and Listerine across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region with the Dubai offices acting as the regional hub for our operations. We sell our products mainly through local distributors and work closely with their organizations to drive sales and build brand equity in the region.
The Route to market function aims to Define, Design and lead projects in terms of strategy, planning, execution and of course alignment of key stake holders for the said projects, acts as the lead for white space markets business modeling, strategy, which involves logistics infra-structure planning, Sales force excellence, Trade spend and credit strategy, Portfolio Expansion, distribution and commercial strategy. Making sure that local teams are supported on implementing and executing these projects. The team interacts with the distributors and supports the Commercial, Customer Development and Marketing teams on a period to period basis.
You will support in achieving the overall objectives of the department from a financial perspective working on project implementation and incremental value.
RTM Design & Implementation
You will conduct reviews of sales systems and processes for indirect and direct trade across markets.
You will ensure the achievement of the targeted incremental benefits relative to RTM projects
Actively identifying barriers to implementation and risk mitigation
You will need to ensure frequent reporting for Sales critical metrics for market execution and infra-structure
Supporting local teams on specific parts of projects in terms of financials and sales reporting (preliminary stages of project implementation)
Supporting in developing key strategies for different markets
Supporting the local teams and RTM Champions in execution on the ground
Data base and Knowledge Management
Maintain a consolidated data base files for all projects at hand
Participates in the ideation process that is a critical input to RTM and DEx department.
Project manage and tracker of all initiatives for regular updates
Drive value for the Commercial organization by supporting in analyzing the implementation results and drafting templates to govern performance
Partner with Distributor commercial teams to improve overall force effectiveness
Supports the overall evaluation process in partnership with the commercial teams.
Maintains a close contact with RTM Champions across the region with regards to ongoing projects.

Participates in training local commercial teams on RTM initiatives
Participates in Distributor excellence department overall development projects
Experience & Style
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Strong Excel and analytical expertise preferred
