the moment, we are looking for Restaurant and Bar Marketing Executive to join our
enthusiastic, warm and friendly marketing team at Crowne Plaza Dubai .
As the Restaurant and Bar Marketing Executive , you will have a passion for marketing and digital creative
communication. Must be well-versed in
the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a
strong asset to securing revenue growth.
Must be Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our
marketing campaigns this role will report to the Director of Marketing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launching Food andBeverage Marketing initiatives in the following areas:
With the restaurants(within the four walls) examples: bounce cards, business cards collection anduse
Local Catchment Area:such as flyers
Social Media: LaunchingFood and Beverage campaigns using social media platforms such as Facebook,YouTube, Instagram and any other popular platforms. Other examples: E-blast
Participating in massmarketing such as Radio and Newspapers
Assist in theformulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection and engagementwith our guests using our Food & Beverage restaurants, Health and wellnessfacilities and Rooms.
Launch optimized onlineadverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase hotel brandawareness.
Be actively involved inSEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare onlinenewsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution throughvarious channels.
Manage and update hotelwebsites.
Provide creative ideasfor content marketing and update website
Design artwork forpromotional material and Food & Beverage Promotions
Measure performance ofdigital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics, WebTrends etc.
Acquire insight inonline marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
With the rest of themarketing & Communications team Act as a brand guardian in terms of lookand feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
Monitoring return oninvestment for the different online marketing campaigns.
BSc/BA in Marketing
Proven knowledge andexperience in Digital Marketing
Previous experience inFood and Beverage / Restaurants and Bars is a plus
Excellent understandingof digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2Csocial media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
Perfect knowledge of webanalytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
Analytical mindset andcritical thinking
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
Experience in HTMLcoding is a plus
Strong knowledge ofAdobe Software – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Video and animateddesign knowledge is a plus
