Description:

Setra is looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join

their team. This person must have a bias

for action and passion for sales. He/she

will work closely with the Sr. Sales Director from Setra to ensure customer

satisfaction for designated Key Accounts in the region while defining and

executing a territorial sales strategy to meet sales and margin targets for

regions of Middle East, India, North Africa and Turkey.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and identify customers to grow business though service,relationship, product understanding and application knowledge - apply thatknowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customerinformation, respond to inquiries and address issues.

  • Identify and execute go-to market strategy for Setra product offerings –identifying key channel partners and distribution network in target marketsegments

  • Manage OEM customers, Distribution Network and HVAC Key Accountlocations in an effort to build and maintain quality relations and increasevolume of sales on a consistent basis through ongoing support and determinationof customer requirements.

  • Develop maximum sales potential from assigned customers and territoriesthrough constant follow up, good sales techniques, knowledge of the company'sproducts and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.

  • Build solid understanding of project funnels at each location – understandproject timing, products specified, and determine Application Engineer andGeneral Contractor influence.

  • Establish rapport with all key decision makers required to get Setraproducts specified for a project or design win.

  • Contact customers as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass salesgoals for the company and to obtain missing information or data to ensure anaccurate customer database.

  • Travel to customer locations as required; presenting company products,services and pricing information in a professional manner.

  • Maintain updated, organized files on all assigned customers, utilizingour CRM database and company leads to expand current customer base andfollow-up on all leads promptly.

Qualifications:

Required

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Business orEngineering required.

  • 3 years’ sales experience, HVAC marketexperience a preferred.

  • In depth knowledge of MENA and/orTurkey required.

  • Experience and a good track record ofgrowing new regional businesses and recruiting and managing Sales Rep networks.

  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills.

  • Ability to work with global customerson a regular basis and build new relationships.

  • Ability to multi-task all salesfunctions from opportunity development, follow up and closing of the sale.

  • Strong project management, timemanagement, organizational and interpersonal skills.
