As a Regional Sales Manager for the Diagnostic Systems, your key responsibility will be to Develop market & ensure sustainable revenue growth in line with growth plan for MEO, Maghreb & Egypt regions. Key features of the role include:
Develop distribution strategy: evaluate, select, manage and develop distributors by region and product line. Provide indirect leadership and coaching for distributor management and staff including developing product knowledge; teamwork; trust; motivation; and providing ongoing feedback and coaching on performance and development and championing an environment of high performance, open communication, involvement and responsibility
Proactively develop and personally implement business and marketing plans, pricing policy, sales strategies and promotional plans by distributor, market and product group for DS sales in order to meet and exceed business objectives.
Develop close relationships with healthcare professionals in order to influence healthcare policies, project funding, and regulatory policies.
Be actively involved in the sales processes with end users in cooperation with the distributor staff.
To lead, manage and develop the DS Team in the region ensuring the team delivers annually agreed sales targets within budgeted expenses
Educated to a degree in Laboratory science, molecular biology or equivalent , you will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, with 2 minimum years of Microbiology & Pathology and distributor management experience within the healthcare environment. Your strong, multi-discipline team leadership skills will be evident in your achievements, as will your strategic thinking, planning and organisational capabilities. In addition to excellent all-round communication and influencing skills at all levels, A strong team player, strong on business acumen and negotiation, you’ll have:
Experienced and successful negotiator with excellent influencing skills
Must be able to demonstrate progressive achievements both individually and within team environment.
Strong team leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach
Demonstrates strong business acumen, and strong strategic thinker who anticipates trends and competitive activity
