The EMEA Finance Solution Team is a team of finance experts that supportcross-functional Medtronic European/Global projects such as Divestitures, Distributor Terminations and Liquidations, ERP / SAP deployments as well as on process improvement initiatives across EMEA.

A Day in the Life

In this role you will be part of the Finance Solutions-team based out of Dubai where you will be Regional Finance Program Lead for the Integrated Health Solutions Business (IHS) and support other Strategic Regional Programs like, Distributor Buyouts, Acquisitions and Integrations.

The main job responsibilities include:

·Lead a cross functional team to execute and go live on an outsourced ERP System (SAGE) with Deloitte operational/daily support.

·Drive further improvements to SAGE / Deloitte solution processes, maintain and update process documentations (e.g. via SOPs, SIPOCS, work instructions).

·Finance Lead for IHS MENA region where you closely partner with the Business Development team to manage the MENA IHS PL which includes partnering with Deloitte and FSSC for ensuring accurate financial reporting, planning , analysis and forecasting.

·Monitor, manage, forecast and budget IHS Dubai office costs.

·Help design (finance) solutions for new IHS business models; e.g. setting up financial and product flows of new initiatives to meet EMEA growth objectives while incorporating overall Medtronic requirements.

·Provide support towards the business and other functions to assess business models/flows while ensuring compliance (proper accounting and system set up).

·Lead financial integrations of (IHS-related) acquisitions or country roll outs, account activations, and setup (cross-functional coordination) of new legal entities.

·Lead in cross-functional Medtronic European/Global projects such as Divestitures, Distributor Terminations and Liquidations, as well as on process improvement initiatives.

·Foster team effectiveness and provide guidance to the team-members.

Must Haves

·Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Auditing

·Good Communication Skills and good command of English

·5-10 years working experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing

·ERP system experience

·Project management Communication skills
