Sheikh Zayed Road with over 568 rooms, 13 international restaurants and bars,

At

the moment, we are looking for a Receptionist/Cashier to join our enthusiastic,

warm and friendly Front Office team at Crowne Plaza Dubai.

You

will be responsible in participating fully in the daily operations of

the front desk during scheduled shifts, ensuring that all guests are treated

efficiently, courteously and professionally at all the times by following

standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and

procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in achieving the

departmental goals such as Heart Beat, Priority Club Enrolment, Up Selling and

control expenses to achieve the budgeted revenue.

Adhere to the hotel

credit policy and cash handling procedures.

Ensure that high

balances are reported and followed up according to the hotel credit policy.

Ensure the highest

standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times at the

reception desk.

Ability to work in a

team, attend daily shift briefing, taking note of the information given and

ensuring you are aware of important information including the selling strategy

for the day.

Ability to comply with

the shift tasks list.

Key responsibilities

include check-in and check-out as per the brand standard procedure, billing,

messaging and guest relations.

Qualifications

Have a good working

knowledge of the hotel rates, packages, promotions, discounts and

vouchers. Ask questions when barriers arise or in a new situation.

Maintain high standards

of personal hygiene and wear proper uniform at all times.

Be familiar with the

Department's SOP's and LSOP's.
