Manage sales order process through billing, adhering to agreed turnaround times.
Follow up with suppliers and Flowserve factories for on-time deliveries and define quality and certification requirements in line with the agreed terms with the customer.
Work closely with group / team and customer to ensure satisfactory completion of orders. Implement an effective work allocation to team members for the successful completion of backlog orders.
Planning, scheduling and procurement activities for the project.
Coordinate inward Inspection of goods and perform checks to ensure conformance to order specifications.
All the promised dates has to get updated by concerned buyers to achieve the Inter-Co on-time deliveries for factories.
Issue Bill of Materials to the shop floor and ensure flawless transfer of documents.
Maintain backlog register and submit monthly report showing on-time delivery performance, opportunities, concerns, risks and challenges.
Report after-sales issues, if any, to Workshop / After-Market Supervisor and concerned Area Sales Manager / Engineer
Organize factory visit for project order meeting and expedite on delivery.
Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
Order and maintain Inventory for fast moving goods.
Participate in the daily accountability.
On time delivery performance of Minimum 92%
Implement a system to provide effective monitoring of vendors and perform routine vendor evaluations
Demonstrate increase in customer satisfaction, and achieve a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90% for order fulfillment. Develop customer satisfaction metrics, and maintain a customer satisfaction log.
Demonstrate an improvement in cross-functional interactions
Develop and execute short-term and long-range sourcing strategies
Increase shipment forecast accuracy and/or action plan effectiveness by matching or bettering forecasts. Reduce forecasting errors and improve planning accuracy to 90%
Process all purchase orders within two days of receipt of a “clean” contract. Implement process improvements and follow up / update the RAIL
Decrease delivery cycle time and improve adherence to schedule. Close follow up with suppliers and Flowserve associates to improve delivery for ten percent of the orders in the backlog.
Identify and implement order fulfillment Process improvements. Analyze production workflow bottlenecks and make process improvement recommendations
Ensure documentation is submitted without any delay so that payments are not delayed.
Alert accounts team for claiming milestone payments, where applicable, including Bank Guarantee requirements
Ensure all transactions are carried out through Oracle
Whenever there is a change in scope, ensure order amendments comes with applicable delivery extension, duly documented.
Complete the assigned online safety courses as per timeline
Reduction of Non-Moving Inventory by OSMI optimization
Completion of documentation as agreed with customer and ensure MRB was submitted to avoid the retention of payment.
Education: Mechanical/Instrumentation or Production Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years experience, within manufacturing expertise in Valves
IT/Computer Knowledge: Familiar with Oracle, MS Project, AutoCAD
Language: English and Arabic preferable
Availability: Locally available, and familiar with Middle East customer base
Locally available candidates, familiar with Middle East customers/process
