Oracle Customer Experience SaaS
The Oracle Customer Experience SaaS team is responsible for
successfully implementing the Oracle Customer Experience Solutions for our
clients. Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation
thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client.
The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results. The
Customer Experience team is responsible for consulting for Oracle Service
Cloud, Oracle Policy Automation, Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud,
Oracle Field Service Cloud and Oracle CPQ Cloud.
We are looking to add an
experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions,
business processes, or technology designs within CRM CX solutions. You will be
part of the Middel East Customer Experience (CX) team. In this position you are
responsible for implementing the Oracle CX solutions: CX CPQ (BigMachines), CX
Services (RightNow, …), CX Marketing (Eloqua, Responsys, BlueKai, …), CX Sales,
… . You will be part of a team that
ensures delivery of quantifiable business results on each project by employing
best practices and being an expert to our clients. This is an exciting
opportunity being part of Oracle Consulting’s continuous transformation to SaaS
Analyze and documentcustomer business processes and requirements;
Running workshop sessionsanalyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solutiondesign;
Design and documentsolutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements;
Guide customers through theconfiguration of CX (Cloud) solutions;
Transfer product knowledgeto clients to reinforce client understanding and ensure a successful transitioninto an operational environment (post-implementation);
Participate in and/or leadtest planning, document test plans, and test conditions; perform solutiontesting, document test results, and assist with defect resolution;
Engage other departments(e.g., Customer Care, Cloud Services, Development, and Sales) to addresscustomer and product issues;
Work closely with otherproject team members (e.g. Technical Consultants, Quality Assurance Analyst) toensure functional and technical requirements are being implementedappropriately;
Work closely with the salesorganisation on business development activities and sales cycles;
Identify and presentConsulting Services opportunities;
Be an expert guide to ourclients as it pertains to CX strategy, the implementationand operational use of the Oracle CX solution;
Recommend Oracle CXimplementation and operational best practices, while guiding clients throughthe adoption of your recommendations;
Exceed Oracle and clientexpectations for engagement performance (e.g. professionalism, solutiondelivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time
Be ready to become one ofthe CX solution focus leaders for CXMarketing, CX Services or CX CPQ products in the Middle East CX Solution Line.
5 years of experiencerelevant to this position
Undergraduate degree orequivalent experience
Good knowledge and fieldexperience on Order Management and Sales processes, Service and Supportprocesses or Marketing process and Campaign Management
Product or technicalexpertise relevant to practice focus
Ability to communicateeffectively.
Ability to buildrelationships with team members and clients
Entrepreneurial mindset togrow business in Middle East
Preferably holds aprofessional qualification
Fluent in English
Experience with working withoffshore locations
Attitude to work with aninternational project team of high qualified professionals

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
