Master Trainer - Sales Enablement

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a

highly experienced, qualified Master Trainer to lead our team of sales training

instructors in EMEA. You have extensive knowledge of training adult

professionals as well as learning & development practices and can draw on

practical experience of how to use and implement these. You feel comfortable

training groups up to 200 participants at different levels of seniority and

across different lines of business and cultures. Your broad experience in the

field of commercial/sales training sets you apart from general trainers and you

understand how sales professionals think and operate. You have no problem

putting together train-the-trainer sessions and you are passionate about translating

business needs into training plans. On top of all this you have exceptional stakeholder

management skills, understand the challenges of mid-market cloud based selling and

know how to create value based learning curriculums for a team of excited young

professionals.

The role will require

passion and extensive training experience to equip our digital sales teams with

the support they need and exceed the expectations of your business

partners. You will lead a small team of trainers across the region to

deliver high-value training and enablement.

KeyQualifications

Proven experience (7 years) in commercial

training of different levels in the organization and up to 200 participants

Extensive experience in sales enablement for a

high-tech company

Strong problem solving abilities

Excellent presentation, facilitation,

classroom delivery and management skills.

Sound knowledge of selling Cloud based

technologies and solutions.

Strong communication skills both written and

verbal.

High level of discipline in work practices and

an eye for detail.

Strong planning, organisation, and

implementation skills.

Thorough knowledge of and experience with L&D

and measurement methodologies (e.g. Kirkpatrick/ADDIE/Flipped

classroom)

Flexibility and agility to operate in a

dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities .

Work with internal groups to plan and execute

delivery of the regional learning plan.

Meet with employees, partners, and vendors, when necessary, to plan work and

solicit feedback and requirements.

Deliver programs effectively, achieving high scoring evaluation ratings and

feedback.

Work with the global strategic program development team as needed to facilitate

courseware development efforts to maximize the re-usability of materials and

IP.

Lead a regional, cross line of business, team of trainers.

Work with the global tools and technology team to coordinate program delivery

efforts.

Facilitate multiple training programmes, up to 200 participants.

Measure and improve current training efforts

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manages the development, establishment and direction of regional, role based, or line of business sales training strategies and policies to enable optimal productivity of the sales organization. Responsible for managing the design, development and deployment of product, process and skills enablement programs that drive elite sales performance within Oracle

  • s global sales organization.

Determines and evaluates sales training needs for the organization. Develops and directs the build of sales training curriculum and programs. Organizes and manages sales training sessions. Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate. May work with other Oracle team to incorporate corporate or regional strategy into training curriculum. Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices. Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training. May oversee a staff of sales trainers and/or Sales Performance Designers and others. Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Bachelors or equivalent years of professional experience preferred. Provide input to the program development team to ensure the development of accurate and timely courseware to support global and regional goals. Manage training resources and other Oracle personnel and third-parties performing the roles of subject matter experts for global curriculum development or delivery in region. Oversee and direct input of programming needs for programs for designated pillars/lobs within Oracle
