Purpose:

The Sales AdminAssistant is a member of the Sales Operations Unit within the Gulf & Levantregion who provides support to the Sales & Business Development team, ensuringthe smooth running of Pearson’s sales processes and operations, performing variousadministrative tasks to ensure fast and accurate response for customers andother internal stakeholders.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales AdminAssistant to accommodate the Sales & Business Development team with closeattention to detail along with the ability to prioritise, multi-task andflourish in a fast-paced environment is a necessity.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect and input the largeamounts of customer data into the OneCRM system

  • Help in generating regularreports from OneCRM systems

  • Sampling exam copies, digitalcopies (Covering for account managers in their absence)

  • Providing instructor resourceaccess codes

  • Provide administration supportto Commercial Sales team.

  • Coordinate client visits andliaison

  • Coordinate office activities andoperations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

  • Perform robust market research and analysis on competition, pricing strategies and positioning

  • Assisting with invoices payment

  • Prepare purchase orders, screen delivery notes and file documents according to established records management procedures.

  • Experience within an FTSE 100Global Company
