You’ll have ambition, talent and

obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for

someone who can handle the following key job responsibilities:

As GeneralCahsier/Paymaster, you should be knowledgeable about the operations of thehotel departments. You will be responsible for organizing, securing andmaintaining all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance withthe Hotel policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for the Payrollprocessing for the Hotel.

Followingduties have to be performed by you in your duty:

  • Check figures, postings,and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes

  • Organize, secure, andmaintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance withpolicies and procedures

  • Complete period-endclosing procedures and reports as specified

  • Audit cashier banksperiodically according to SOPs

  • Maintain, distribute,and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts

  • Document, maintain,communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs.

  • Participate in internal,external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs

  • Follow all companypolicies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security ofguests and colleagues.



Previous experience in the payroll and

cashier experience, preferably in any hotels of at least 2 years is required

  • Must have the ability to handle cash effectivelyand accurately.

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windowapplications, and Paytrax is required

  • Highly responsible & reliable

  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
