The EE/CIS/MEA Channel Sales

Program Manager(SPM): Top partners will be in charge of Oracle

Digital’s demand generation with the regional top partners, addressing

small and medium businesses (SMB). He/she will coordinate the creation

and execution of SMB business plans and demand generation plan with all

MEA top partners. To do that, he/she will have to leverage

Alliance&Channels teams, Channel Marketing teams, Sales Programs

regional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The EMEA Channel Sales Program Manager(SPM) works closely with Alliance & Channel as well as Oracle Digital Sales team to:

  • Work with Oracle Digital’s Sales management to define a partner strategy for each country in the region

  • Engage with Selected top partners

  • Monitor and control the overall action plan through Top Partners across the region

  • Work with Alliance&Channel to create customized business plans

  • Collaborate with Channel marketing to create customized dem gen plan

  • Set up Demand Generation enablement to ramp up Top Partners on Oracle’s

dem gen techniques, tools and products: marketing automation tool,

social selling, pitching, demo, etc…

  • Potentially initiate partner recruitment campaigns according to Oracle Digital’s sales team needs.

  • Liaise Top Partners demand generation plan in MEA with overall EMEA

demand generation governance to provide full visibility on actions and

outcomes.

  • Leverage multiple resources to achieve the mission:

Alliance&Channels specialists, Marketing, Sales & Sales

management, Pre-Sales, Business Development

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 8 years experience with marketing and/or sales preferably in High Tech in an international company (big or small)

  • Experience in channel sales or channel marketing

  • Good understanding of IT indirect sales models

  • Good business acumen and understanding of IT environments

  • Excellent presentation skills (briefing to large sales teams & partners) and capacity to influence without authority

  • Quality driven: your credibility and ability to influence the business

depends of the quality of your work. Good enough is not good enough!

  • Capacity to create a marketing plan and manage a marketing budget

  • Capable of navigating easily within a complex Matrix organization

  • A strong sense of diplomacy

  • Advanced program management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, to deal with ambiguity through a complex and fast-moving organization

  • Successful completion of 3rd level education or equivalent experience in sales or marketing

  • Fluency in English and Arabic mandatory. Turkish a plus

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.

A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product

  • s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle

  • s sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle

  • s products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 - 7 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management preferred. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Demonstrated aptitude for solving business problems using technology and applications. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with multiple colleagues in a team selling environment. Business and account planning implementation experience. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. Strong executive selling skills as well as a demonstrated success in establishing and developing client relationships. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
