We are currently recruiting to strengthen our electronics access control team and continue to growth in Middle East Market. The role is based either at our offices in Dubai, UAE or at Doha, Qatar.

Job Role Overview:

This role will manage the electronics access control business for Allegion in selected countries in Middle East. The Electronics Country Manager will principally be responsible for the region to hit and exceed sales targets by executing Allegion’s Electronics Strategy to a selection of key distributors & OEM Access Control Players by distributor engagement, demand creation, providing pre-sales support, etc. The person will be required to work closely with demand creation team, business development, marketing, customer care, finance teams & legal to define the local strategy, develop channels. Periodically there maybe the need to explore new business opportunities and also to be the contact for Electronics Access Control Including Hospitality when the opportunity arises. Proactively pursue opportunities to improve understanding of Electronics Access Control within Allegion and rapidly grow the business.

Key Qualifications

  • Electronics Access Control Direct Sales and/or Distribution and /or Channel Sales experience.

  • Excellence in understating product portfolio for Allegion’s Access Control products under Schlage, aptiQ, XceedID, Cisa Hospitality Solutions, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering

  • Good analytical skills & exceptional problem solving skills.

  • Good understanding of the strategic priorities of re-sellers & distributors

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to move around within the geographic region

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate in English.

  • Ability to work in a dynamically changing, fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure and work proactively to achieve organizational goals.

  • Ability to keep the long terms goals in mind but work towards the short term strategies to arrive at the long term goals.

  • Exceptionally organized and creative planning skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-through and ability to multitasking
