EBS Engagement Manager €“ MEA

EBS Engagement Manager €“ MEA :

Under EBS department, the Engagement Manager will work collaboratively across MasterCard departments and partners (Banks and Telcos) towards the implementation of large projects using Design Thinking Methodology from Explore to Post Mortem phase.

Role

oExplore, Design and Implement agreed initiatives under the MEA MasterCard using Design Thinking Methodology

oManage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts

oEnsure all project goals and objectives are met within the agreed timeline, scope and resource requirements

oDevelop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes within budget constraints

oCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

oDetermine staffing mix to ensure best results, which may include inter-departmental and cross-functional project teams

oPerform risk management to minimize project risks

oMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

oReport and escalate to management as needed

oCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation

All About You

oPMP certified

oExperience in cross-functional and large projects/programs

oExtensive knowledge in working remotely with global teams

oBusiness relationship manager responsible for day-to-day project management

oBudget tracking

oProject Reporting

oEnd user centric and understanding user needs

oAware of Design Thinking process

oExcellent organizational skills

oExcellent verbal and written communication skills

oExcellent interpersonal skills

oA team player who easily builds relationships

oLanguage: English, Arabic, French would be a plus
