AMET E-Commerce Customer Development Manager
Managing the Africa, Middle East & Turkey Region, you will be responsible for leading and driving the ecommerce agenda with the support of key functions (commercial, media, supply chain etc) to drive revenue, growth and market share.
You will be responsible for managing the development, maintenance and optimization of all Johnsons and Johnsons brands on the third-party ecommerce sites (i.e souq.com, Carrefour, Noon.com etc). Also contributing to and managing the product roadmap, overseeing the implementation and working in an agile environment with a cross-functional team to develop product bundles and promotions that meet the needs of our consumers & customers
Finally, you will develop and build the wider capability of the sales and marketing organization in country/cluster, working with the regional team to develop and execute resources and materials that enable the organization to better identify and execute on E-Commerce opportunities.
You will lead pure play channels (including local and pan cluster players)
Help drive and support plans to deliver an omnichannel experience for our customers based on the E-Commerce shopper insights.
Work closely with peers and local/regional digital & E-Commerce team to identify best practices and processes to manage the digital shelf.
Understand and utilize knowledge of differences in distributor website technical capabilities and business processes, and customize recommendations to maximize presence of Johnson & Johnson products based upon technical and business operation best practices.
Identify and build relationships with key E-Commerce contact points for all customers within the E-Commerce account portfolio.
Annual Marketing Plan and Budget
Lead the local E-Commerce, including practices in product presence, demand generation and analytics utilized to improve the sales of J&J products through pure players and multichannel partners.
Work closely with cross functional teams, including sales and channel teams to identify E-Commerce opportunities. Identify and develop plans for new pureplay and multichannel eCommerce accounts.
You will manage local E-Commerce marketing budget in collaboration with local digital team for assigned channels.
Ensure all E-Commerce customer service and supply chain processes are operating effectively
Effectively manage incremental sales growth of selected channel partners within the E-Commerce account portfolio
Define the category/product strategy by researching and identifying areas of opportunity and gaps in product assortment
Perform competitive analysis to develop strategies and criteria for optimal pricing strategies
Undertake analysis of channel performance, and competitive position.
Communication, driving ROI and excellence
You will work with Cluster Digital Marketing Manager to prioritize program implementation based on country/cluster channel potential and resources.
Follow identified best-practices and processes to improve product presence on E-Commerce websites. This includes actively executing account negotiations, SKU presence improvements, product detail page improvements, images, videos and rich content and other requisite best-practices to reach E-Commerce sales goals.
You will support local deployment of new technology that enhances E-Commerce capabilities.
Collaborate with the regional E-Commerce team to build and deliver a capability/training toolkit
Monitor & track performance of execution of E-Commerce business plans/performance at a local level monthly.
Leverage EMEA toolkit & processes where appropriate to manage key business partners, ensuring data sharing inclusion as part of contractual negotiations (and defined ROI where possible)
Education and experience requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects. Ability to navigate well in ambiguity.
Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions. Record of making decisions and implementing change.
Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Previous B2C E-Commerce experience preferred
Experience in B2C account management, sales planning, account development, or marketing is required
Understanding of end-user experience as it relates to online purchasing.
