You’ll have ambition, talent and

obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for

someone who can handle the following key job responsibilities:

As a Duty Manager , you will be involved in all matters

affecting guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt

attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. In addition, you

will respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may

arise; supervise, direct and support Reception, Concierge, Guest

Relations and Reservations teams during peak periods, assist Guest

Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests, conduct daily

departmental briefings and provides input for regular Front Office meetings

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Aminimum of 2 year experience as a shift supervisor, Duty Manager or NightManager in a similar operation.

Excellentcustomer relations, problem solving and time management skills

Havea working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Brilliant andan understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros.
