  • Responsible forthe $0.7B MEASA P&L comprised of 47 countries

  • Owns the annual GlobalMoney Transfers (GMT) MEASA financial plan and the associated budgeting,forecasting and R&O processes; key contributor to the GMT MEASA strategicplanning process, including the LRF and financial analysis of long-terminvestments

  • Manages ongoingreporting cycle to ensure routine dissemination of business performance anddiscussion of results with GMT management

  • Partners with GMTleaders to support key business decisions; define clear leading indicatordrivers of financial outcomes

  • Owns themanagement / financial tracking related to GMT pricing investments and capitalspend; maintains an up-to-date workforce plan Supports effort to reducecommission rates, bank fees and other distribution costs; accountable fordriving productivity efforts and minimizing agent losses

  • Aligns to GMTbusiness priorities (e.g. new business efforts, org. changes, work-forceplanning, zero-based budgeting, product/channel cost attribution, etc.)

  • Codifies know-howand ways of working, ensuring consistency and accountability in adherence todefined policies and practices, reducing exceptions and variation.

  • Focuses oncontinuous end-to-end process improvement for areas of accountability

What you will need to succeed:

Qualifications :

  • 10+years ofprogressively senior level management Experience in multi-nationalorganizations, educational background in finance or accounting

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • High degree offinancial acumen, understanding of impacts on financial statements, links withaccounting, tax, treasury, etc.

  • Has anunderstanding of the company’s value delivery chain with the customer in mindand is able to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

  • Able to take astrong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to supportorganizational objectives and business success

  • Able to havetransparent and productive relationships and collaborate successfully acrossthe organization

  • Strong peopleleadership
