GE Healthcare is seeking a strategic Solution Director to lead Eastern Growth Markets Solution team, developing and driving new, creative ideas from inception to hand-over. Identifying business opportunities and incubating market making projects. Working closely with the Regional General Management, Commercial, Marketing, Financing and GE Global Teams. Establishing strong relationships with government entities and key customers.
Develop external partnerships that enhance GEHC offering & delivery capabilities.
Develop and close new commercial opportunities with existing customers and securing new customers.
Act as a senior advisor to the Executive levels in customer organizations, helping the customer scope the nature of specific problems they are facing and architect relevant solution approaches leveraging the entire GEHC portfolio.
Local Solutions project and program delivery accountability and oversight.
Refine and communicate solution portfolio value proposition for account Ldrs, commercial and operation teams.
Design Solution strategy/Goals/Objectives and define execution roadmap.
Act as subject matter expert for structuring and executing large scale, consultative, transformation projects.
Work closely with Marketing & Commercial team to analyze market dynamics and competition to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver clear and insightful executive-level presentations internally and externally.
Manage local Solutions dedicated resources as needed for project design, commercialization and delivery.
Advanced Degree; preferably Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
10+ years of experience in business management, consulting, marketing or related field
Experience leading teams; can shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Experience leading large transformation projects, particularly in healthcare
Strong influencing and leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills, local language preferred
Experience demonstrating consultative selling and advisory skills
Strong analytical and process skills
Knowledge of healthcare technology, medical equipment and software
Language skills – English is a must, Arabic strongly preferred, Turkish is a plus
Deep expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization
Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts
Track record of winning new business / customers.
Track record of solution selling and complex deals
Healthcare product/industry acumen
Financial, business and analytical acumen

Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports
