TheClusterF&B Marketing Executiveis responsible for assisting the Cluster Director of Marketing in developing, implementing, monitoring andevaluating all marketing communications strategies for the F&B outlets ofthe property and The Nest, including advertising, promotions, public relations,e-commerce, social media and collateral with a focus on driving revenue in linewith the overall visions and objectives of all outlets.

This is a cluster role where the Associate is responsible for two properties.
In conjunction with the Cluster DOM and theindividual F&B HOD’s, take responsibility for the development and deliveryof the annual F&B Marketing plans and Marketing budgets in line with thehotel strategic priorities.
Be responsible for the planning and execution ofcontent creation as well as the briefing to creative agencies (including copywriting, photo/video shootings) ensuring delivery in adherence with brandguidelines and hotel positioning.
Drive the positioning and activation of therestaurants & bars on the local market. Work with internal and externalresources to define clear positioning for each outlet that resonates under theoverall hotel positioning. Develop & implement local marketing activities(including event strategy) aiming to engage with locals and increase captureratio from in-house guests.
Pro-actively identify relevant F&B marketingpartners for the hotel and manage these relationships profitably to raise hotelawareness, drive demand, and review opportunities for local level promotionsand sponsorships to gain recognition and beneficial status within thecommunity.
Liasie with the F&B PR Agency to drive marketingand PR activities for all the F&B outlets and The Nest.
In conjunction with the Cluster DOM, managementof Social Media activation and rollout of all F&B outlets and The Nest inline with the brand positioning and hotels’ stories. Specific focus on onlinereputation management and guest engagement.
Assist with all local promotional activitiesthat support the needs of the hotel and restaurants/bars. This could includephoto shoots, broadcasts, celebrity interviews and other specific events that requirepersonal attention.
F&B marketing activities and budget must beintegrated into the hotel’s overall marketing plan and must parallel theprimary revenue objectives of the hotel/resort.Every action should strive to impact the F&B division’s revenueobjectives and be directed towards a specific goal Employment Disclaimer

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
A bright, personableand outgoing and out-of-the box F&B Marketing/PRExecutive
Minimum 2 years’experience in related marketing, social media and lifestyle
Experience within theF&B industry is a plus
Understanding of howto execute creative F&B marketing campaign across multiple platformsincluding social media
Must be ComputerProficient and particularly skilled in MS Word, Graphic Designing, Photography,Videography, Digital Marketing & Social Media software
Event management / organizational skills
Excellent writing skills and speaking ability
Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects effectively
