Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for supporting the RMS portfolio through clinical evaluations to create efficiency in positioning the Ventilation, Airway and Monitoring business and to train nurses, respiratory therapists and anesthesia technicians in ICU and OR for the RMS consumable business positioning us ahead of competition.The individual will be part of the RMS team in the Gulf and will need to work closely with the Franchise Manager Regional / Global Marketing apart from customers.

General Duties and Responsibilities

·Implementing clinical evaluations of Ventilation and Monitoring products to ensure clinical acceptance during the pre-sale and evaluation process.

·Presenting and Demonstrating Ventilation advance modes and clinical messages

·Clinical Training of respiratory therapists and nurses on transport/Home care ventilation

·Providing clinical information through presentations and in-service education for the benefits of Airway Products and Nellcor oximetery sensors.

·Monitor, map ‘burn rate’ in the sensors and consumables related to Monitors Ventilators.

·Coordination with internal sales/marketing team on creating new pathways to enhance market positioning, customer solutions etc .

·Support on marketing clinical activities across the area – customer trainings, Congress activities local workshops.

·Support responsibility of new therapy growth initiatives directed towards additional growth strategies in RMS.

  • Demo Loaner models follow up increase usage per capita consumable utilization.

  • Support on new initiatives on therapies, product positioning patient access.

Reports to :Franchise Manager, RMS – Gulf Iran

Requirements

-Qualified Respiratory Therapist / ICU Nurse with exposure experience in ICU wards.

-Excellent verbal communication, training presentation skills. English fluency is required.

-Team player with good interpersonal skills. Problem solving and proactive approach

-Ability to work under time restraints deadlines with extended periods with customers.

-Business acumen ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, present business case to higher management.

-Ability to travel extensively clear working knowledge of hospital environment.

-Location – to be based in Dubai office.
