Join us as Sales Executive and support our dynamic Sales & Marketing team at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi.

You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can initiate, drive and execute all Hotel’s sales activities that will increase revenue and awareness.

With a direct reporting line to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for effectively managing a balanced portfolio of clients across the segments while developing and implementing new strategies and processes in order to significantly grow sustainable income and earnings for our property.

You will need to develop a business plan that incorporates vision, key drivers and business issues to exceed your yearly sales targets. Further, you sell all facets of the hotel related to Food & Beverage, Conference & Banquets and events.

You are responsible to report and track your actual vs. projected sales results and your activity in our Central Reservations Management. The role will be in charge of all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration and public relations. You will monitor competitor's activities and assist in marketing intelligence.

Further, the Sales Executive develops and maintains a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.

You will need to conduct client entertainments with familiarization tours and site inspections. While you initiate and prepare tenders for business you also assist on the RFP process.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have minimum 1-2 years of hotel sales experience in UAE.

The right candidate is results-driven, with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets. Ability to analyze and evaluate data against key performance indicators. You will have to have leadership skills, particularly the ability to motivate and inspire others to ‘raise the bar’.

Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact with clients is required.

The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking skills.

The knowledge of the UAE market and holding valid UAE driving license is preferred.
