Duties and responsibilities
Ensure that quality of reservation ismaintained in terms of guest details, outlet bookings etc
Ensure that the minimum response time ismaintained for all reservation requests
Demonstrate service attributes inaccordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
Accurately and promptly fulfilling guestrequests by understanding andanticipating guests’ needs
Maintain a high level of knowledge whichwill enhance the guest experience
Demonstrate a service attitude thatexceeds expectations
Take appropriate action to resolve guestcomplaints.
Appreciate the dynamic nature of thehotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internalcustomers.
Be able to promote the hotel (andInterContinental Hotels Group generally) products and services.
to have at least 1 year experience in a similar role and be passionate. Effective
verbal and written communication skills. Good attention to details and problem
solving skills required. Ability to work as part of a diverse team with
colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
