Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure that quality of reservation ismaintained in terms of guest details, outlet bookings etc

  • Ensure that the minimum response time ismaintained for all reservation requests

  • Demonstrate service attributes inaccordance with industry expectations and company standards including:

  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guestrequests by understanding andanticipating guests’ needs

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge whichwill enhance the guest experience

  • Demonstrate a service attitude thatexceeds expectations

  • Take appropriate action to resolve guestcomplaints.

  • Appreciate the dynamic nature of thehotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internalcustomers.

  • Be able to promote the hotel (andInterContinental Hotels Group generally) products and services.


You need

to have at least 1 year experience in a similar role and be passionate. Effective

verbal and written communication skills. Good attention to details and problem

solving skills required. Ability to work as part of a diverse team with

colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
