Duties and responsibilities

· Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with

industry expectations and company standards including:

Ø

Being attentive to guests requests

Ø

Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests’ requests.

Ø

Anticipate guest’s needs.

Ø

Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the

guest experience.

Ø

Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude.

Ø

Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.

· Ensure all security incidents,

accidents and near misses are logged investigated and rectified to prevent

future catastrophes.

· To maintain your

departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at all times and to

report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to the Executive Chef

Qualifications

Recognised hotel diploma and at least 2

years experience working in the same position within a 5* hotel, detailed

knowledge of food technical skills is essential for this role as well as a

proven track record in launching new concepts and promotions, training and

developing staff. It is also essential that you have a good command of the

English language (verbal and written) and knowledge
