Cleveland Clinic Budget-Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining the financial budgets in order to ensure the efficient and successful implementation of programs and services offered by CCAD.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Creates, maintains and updates annual financial budgets for CCAD

? Manages and creates reports that accurately reflect the financial activities of CCAD

? Evaluates customer billing and revenue to deliver comprehensive projections for year-end revenue, costs and operating results with associated analysis and recommendations

? Reviews current reports to identify areas within CCAD that may overspend

? Ensures that programs operate within appropriate fiscal parameters and remain in compliance with CCAD and external policies and/or requirements

? Analyzes operating results on a regular and recurring basis

? Maintains appropriate records and documentation

? Serves as a key expert available to discuss budgetary topics with personnel throughout CCAD

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ? Minimum of seven (7) years accounting and/or budgeting experience is required ? Experience implementing accounting systems, processes and procedures ? Knowledge of accounting, auditing and budgeting principles and practices ? Strong PC and application skills ? Strong research and analytical skills ? Strong oral and written communication skills ? Ability to speak and write in English is required ? Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred ? Health care industry experience is preferred ? Previous managerial experience is preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS ? Bachelor"s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting, or related field, is required ? CPA is preferred
